Shipping Policy

Delivery

We deliver within Egypt only. Delivery and installation are free within Cairo and Giza. For other governorates we call you before confirming the order to agree on the delivery details and cost. Orders from outside Egypt are handled by our sales team: message us on WhatsApp (+20 111 590 0017) before ordering.

Timing. In-stock pieces: 3 to 7 business days within Cairo and Giza. Made-to-order and custom pieces: about 28 days to make, then up to 5 days to deliver. The expected time is shown on each product page.

On the day. The NOAH Delivery Team calls the day before to confirm the address and a two-hour window, brings the piece in, installs it, and takes all packaging away.

Rescheduling. Message us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the booked slot to reschedule free of charge. Same-day changes may carry a small delivery fee.

التوصيل

بنوصّل داخل مصر بس. التوصيل والتركيب مجاني داخل القاهرة والجيزة. باقي المحافظات بنكلّمك قبل تأكيد الطلب ونتفق على تفاصيل وتكلفة التوصيل. الطلبات من برا مصر بتتم عن طريق فريق المبيعات: كلّمنا على واتساب (+20 111 590 0017) قبل الطلب.

المواعيد: القطع المتاحة: من 3 لـ 7 أيام عمل داخل القاهرة والجيزة. القطع اللي بتتصنع بالطلب والمخصصة: حوالي 28 يوم تصنيع وبعدها لحد 5 أيام توصيل. المدة المتوقعة مكتوبة في صفحة كل منتج.

يوم التوصيل: فريق توصيل NOAH بيكلّمك قبلها بيوم يأكد العنوان وميعاد في حدود ساعتين، بيدخّل القطعة ويركّبها وياخد كل التغليف معاه.

تغيير الميعاد: ابعتلنا على واتساب قبل الميعاد بـ 24 ساعة على الأقل وبنغيّره من غير أي تكلفة. التغيير في نفس اليوم ممكن يكون عليه رسوم توصيل بسيطة.
