What the warranty covers
- Manufacturing defects in the frame, welding, and joints.
- Mechanical failures in recliners and power-actuated sofas.
- Material failure (wood, fabric, leather) caused by manufacturing.
- Abnormal cracking or splitting under normal use.
What isn’t covered
- Scratches or stains from everyday use.
- Mishandling (dragging, overloading, direct sun or water).
- Modifications or repairs by anyone outside our team.
- Natural patina and colour shift in wood or leather over time.
Lifetime maintenance
After the warranty ends, we still repair any NOAH piece at the cost of materials and shipping only — no call-out fees, no labour charges. We treat the piece like new, even a decade later.
How to claim
- Message us on WhatsApp with photos of the issue.
- The care team responds within 48 hours.
- We schedule a showroom visit, or come to you if field repair works.
- Repair is completed within a week of confirmation.
