- In-stock pieces: 3 – 7 business days within Cairo and Giza.

- Outside Egypt: online checkout ships within Egypt only. Our sales team arranges international orders — message us on WhatsApp first.
The day of delivery
The NOAH Delivery Team reaches out the day before to confirm the slot and address. We arrive in a two-hour agreed window, bring the piece in, install it, and make sure it’s placed correctly before leaving.
Installation
Installation is included on every piece. We connect power, attach legs, and take every crate and piece of packaging with us. When we leave, the piece is ready for use.
Rescheduling
Message us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the booked slot to reschedule free of charge. Same-day changes may carry a small shipping fee.
14-day returns
A piece should feel right in your home before you commit. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind.

Standard pieces
Any ready-to-ship piece delivered in Cairo or Giza is fully returnable within 14 days of delivery — as long as it arrives back in the same condition, free of scratches or visible wear. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Custom pieces
Pieces made to your specification — custom dimensions, custom fabric, custom wood — are not eligible for a cash refund. If there’s a craftsmanship issue, we exchange or issue store credit equal to the order value. The custom flag is shown on every product page.
How to return
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason.
- We schedule a home pick-up within 48 hours.
- The piece is inspected on site the same day.
- Refund lands in 7 business days.
If something’s wrong
If a piece arrives with a defect, or isn’t the model agreed, message us on WhatsApp immediately. We make it right on NOAH’s tab — exchange or full refund.

How long does a piece take to make?
In-stock pieces ship in 3 – 7 business days. Custom pieces take 28 days to make, then 5 days to ship.
Do you deliver outside Cairo and Giza?
Yes. We coordinate delivery to every governorate on a per-order basis. Message us before ordering for a shipping quote.
Can I change the fabric or dimensions?
Most pieces can be customised. Custom fabric and dimensions are shown on the product page; if you need something not listed, WhatsApp us with the product link.
What comes with installation?
We bring the piece in, unbox it, attach legs or handles, and remove the packaging. You don’t lift a finger.
What’s the return window?
14 days from delivery for standard pieces delivered in Cairo and Giza. Custom orders are exchange or store credit only.
Are prices final?
Yes. Full price is fair price. We don’t run flash sales. An Archive Sale runs up to 4 times a year with capped reductions on retired pieces only.
Do you offer installments?
Yes — 0% interest, 0% down, 18 months with ValU. Shown on every product page.
Is the warranty transferable?
The 5-year warranty stays with the original buyer. Lifetime maintenance is available to any owner of a NOAH piece.
Can I see a piece before buying?
Yes. Visit our New Cairo or Nasr City showroom. Many pieces are also available in 3D + AR on the product page.
How do I care for the piece at home?
Dust with a dry cotton cloth. Avoid direct sun and water. Anything beyond that — WhatsApp us and we’ll guide you.
