Returns and refunds

Standard pieces. Any ready-to-ship piece can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as it comes back in the same condition, free of scratches or visible wear. Pick-up is free within Cairo and Giza. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 business days of the on-site inspection.

Custom pieces. Pieces made to your specification (custom fabric, wood, finish or dimensions) are not eligible for a cash refund. If there is a craftsmanship issue, we exchange the piece or issue store credit equal to the order value.

Damaged or wrong piece. If a piece arrives with a defect, or is not the model you ordered, message us on WhatsApp immediately. We exchange it or refund it in full at NOAH's cost.

How to return. 1) Message us on WhatsApp (+20 111 590 0017) with your order number and reason. 2) We schedule a home pick-up within 48 hours. 3) The piece is inspected on site the same day. 4) The refund lands within 7 business days.

الاسترجاع والاسترداد

القطع العادية: أي قطعة جاهزة للشحن تقدر ترجّعها خلال 14 يوم من الاستلام، بشرط ترجع بنفس حالتها من غير خدوش أو علامات استخدام. الاستلام من البيت مجاني داخل القاهرة والجيزة، والفلوس بترجع على نفس وسيلة الدفع خلال 7 أيام عمل من المعاينة.

القطع المخصصة: القطع اللي بتتعمل حسب اختيارك (قماش أو خشب أو تشطيب أو مقاسات خاصة) مالهاش استرداد نقدي. لو فيها عيب في التصنيع، بنبدّلها أو بنديك رصيد بقيمة الطلب.

لو القطعة وصلت فيها عيب أو مش الموديل المطلوب: كلّمنا على واتساب فورًا، وبنبدّلها أو نرجّع الفلوس كاملة على حساب NOAH.

خطوات الاسترجاع: ١) ابعتلنا على واتساب (+20 111 590 0017) رقم الطلب والسبب. ٢) بنحدد ميعاد استلام من البيت خلال 48 ساعة. ٣) بنعاين القطعة في نفس اليوم. ٤) الفلوس بترجع خلال 7 أيام عمل.

كل قطعة عليها ضمان 5 سنين ضد عيوب التصنيع وصيانة مدى الحياة، والتفاصيل في صفحة الضمان.
