Terms of service

By ordering from NOAH FURNITURE you agree to these terms.

Prices and payment. Prices are in Egyptian pounds. Any taxes and delivery charges that apply are shown at checkout before you pay. An order is confirmed once payment is received, or once our team confirms a cash-on-delivery or bank-transfer order.

Custom and made-to-order pieces. Pieces made to your choice of fabric, wood, finish or dimensions are produced after the order is confirmed. Natural materials vary slightly in grain, tone and texture from photos and swatches. The AI material preview is an illustration to help you choose, not an exact rendering of the finished piece.

Delivery, returns and warranty. Delivery, returns and warranty are covered by the Shipping, Refund and Warranty policies on this site.

Availability and errors. If a piece becomes unavailable or a price was shown in error, we contact you before delivery and offer a replacement or a full refund.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

شروط الخدمة

لما تطلب من NOAH FURNITURE بتكون موافق على الشروط دي.

الأسعار والدفع: الأسعار بالجنيه المصري. أي ضرايب أو مصاريف توصيل مطلوبة بتظهر في صفحة الدفع قبل ما تدفع. الطلب بيتأكد لما الدفع يوصل، أو لما فريقنا يأكد طلب الدفع عند الاستلام أو التحويل.

القطع المخصصة واللي بتتصنع بالطلب: القطع اللي بتتعمل حسب اختيارك للقماش أو الخشب أو التشطيب أو المقاسات بيبدأ تصنيعها بعد تأكيد الطلب. الخامات الطبيعية بيبقى فيها اختلاف بسيط في العروق واللون والملمس عن الصور والعينات. معاينة الخامات بالذكاء الاصطناعي توضيحية عشان تساعدك تختار، مش صورة مطابقة للقطعة النهائية.

التوصيل والاسترجاع والضمان: بتسري عليهم سياسات التوصيل والاسترجاع والضمان المنشورة على الموقع.

التوفر والأخطاء: لو قطعة بقت مش متاحة أو سعر اتعرض بالغلط، بنكلّمك قبل التوصيل ونعرض بديل أو نرجّع الفلوس كاملة.

القانون: الشروط دي بتخضع لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.
